Registration
Registration includes participation in all sessions, proceedings, conference materials, coffee breaks and daily lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner. Possibly a walking tour of Pisa will be organized.

- Every accepted paper must have at least one registration to the conference. A full registration entitles to publish a maximum of 2 papers by the same registered author.
- Submitted papers should not exceed 8 pages plus at most 2 pages over-length or extra fees will be applied
Extras
- Over-length Fee: 100 € per page (22% Italian VAT not included).
- Additional fee will be charged for extra papers (more than 2 for full registration, more than 1 for student registration): 350 € per paper (22% Italian VAT not included).
Visa Policy
To get a visa to travel to Italy participants need to check the official website of the Foreign Affair Ministry.
The type of VISA depends on of the nationality and the country of residence of the participants and on the type of activities to carry on in Italy.
