The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) is pleased to offer the following travel grants to IEEE CIS members who wish to present their papers in person at the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Evolving and Adaptive Intelligent Systems (EAIS 2026):

  • IEEE CIS Conference Travel Grant for Students — a limited number of grants to help IEEE CIS Student Members travel to and present their papers at IEEE CIS conferences.
  • IEEE CIS Conference Travel Grant for Researchers from Developing Countries — a limited number of grants to help IEEE CIS Members of any grade higher than Student travel to and present their papers at IEEE CIS conferences.
  • IEEE CIS Travel Grant for Young Professionals — a limited number of grants to help IEEE CIS members who are young professionals and early-career researchers, from both academia and industry, present their papers at financially sponsored IEEE CIS conferences.
  • IEEE CIS Participation Grant for Students — a limited number of grants to support non-lead student authors and non-author students attending IEEE CIS conferences. This grant waives or discounts the student’s early-registration fee.

Each grant is provided as a digital reimbursement of a fixed amount following in-person participation in the conference as a registered attendee. The approved amount is typically USD $600 for intra-continental participants (travelling within Europe) and USD $1,200 for inter-continental participants (travelling from outside Europe).
