Each accepted paper has been allocated a 20-minute presentation slot, according to the conference schedule available here

Presentation format

The presentation format is as follows:

• 15 minutes for the paper presentation;
• Up to 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

IMPORTANT: The presentation itself must not exceed 15 minutes.

The remaining time is reserved for questions and discussion. Adhering to the allocated timing is essential to ensure that all sessions run according to schedule.

File format

• Presentations may be delivered using either Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.

Upload of the presentation

• All presenters will be required to upload their presentation before the conference.

Detailed instructions regarding the upload procedure, submission platform, and deadlines will be provided in a separate communication.
