Conference Presentation Guidelines
Each accepted paper has been allocated a 20-minute presentation slot, according to the conference schedule available here
Presentation format
The presentation format is as follows:
- 15 minutes for the paper presentation;
- Up to 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
IMPORTANT: The presentation itself must not exceed 15 minutes.
The remaining time is reserved for questions and discussion. Adhering to the allocated timing is essential to ensure that all sessions run according to schedule.
File format
- Presentations may be delivered using either Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF format.
Note for PPTX presentations: if you provide your presentation in PPTX format, please check immediately after uploading your file that everything works correctly, and have the corresponding PDF version ready to use as a backup in case of any issues.
Upload of the presentation
All presenters at EAIS 2026 are required to follow these instructions for their presentation:
- Please bring your presentation as a PDF or PPTX file saved on a USB flash drive.
- Please upload your file to the laptop provided in the presentation room at least 10 minutes before the start of your session.
